Terms & Conditions 

  • A 50 % deposit is required to secure your date & booking. Please pay this within 7 days otherwise we cannot guarantee your date & goods will be secured. 

  • Please note with COVID, where possible we will do our upmost to continue with your order however should I become unwell, you will be given as much notice as possible as well as a refund (minus the cost of any bespoke items pre-purchased). Should you, the purchaser need to cancel due to COVID, you will be entitled to a refund, minus the cost of any bespoke items, or the ability to move your date where possible. 

  • ALLERGY WARNING: while the upmost care has been taken to ensure your treats are gluten free, we cannot guarantee cross contamination of gluten or any other allergy during the manufacturing process of purchased ingredients. 

  • Please note, Nat's Gluten Free Goodness does not take any responsibility for your order once it's collected. 

  • Should you not be happy with your items, please get in touch with me within 24 hours of collection to discuss options. 

  • By completing your payment, you agree to the T's & C's.
